Associate Director (Transport Planning)

South East – Based from London or Slough

£55,000 to £70,000 DOE + 27 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Contributory Pension + BUPA Healthcare

Associate Director with a background in transport planning required for a quality focused transportation consultancy who are working on exciting projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a progressive company who are continuing to grow.

This role would suit a candidate highly experienced within transport planning with experience managing and leading teams. You will have experience working in either the public or private sector, however, experience in both fields would be advantageous. You will ideally hold professional affiliations such as TPS/CIHT or similar.

The successful Associate Director for the Transport Planning division of this company will oversee a team of six in total and will be responsible for delivering high quality transport planning services to clients within both the public and private sector across the UK. You will perform project oversite from start to completion, overseeing aspects such as quality and will provide analysis and advice to ensure best practice. You will create transport statements and hold budget responsibility.

As well as overseeing the technical delivery of projects, you will also be responsible for winning new work and maintaining relationships to meet growth targets. You will create and propose cost proposals for new projects and will continuously develop professional networks.
