CHP Service Engineer (Electrical)

Nationwide Travel (Majority of work completed is in the North West and South East)

£40,000 to £50,000 Base Salary + Company Pension + Bonus (paid twice a year) + Van + Tools + Fuel Card + Health Insurance + Call Out

40 hours a week, 8am to 5pm

CHP Service Engineer position available within a market leading energy equipment and solutions business who are looking to expand. The company are willing to train and develop the successful candidate.

The CHP Service Engineer role would suit an electrically biased service engineer from a power/generator background. The candidate must have a strong background in CHP. Applicants must be comfortable completing nationwide travel with the majority of work being in the North West and South East. Candidates must hold a minimum of a 17th edition or equivalent.

The role will primarily involve the electrical maintenance and commissioning of heat and power generators (CHP) as well as fault finding work. You will also be required to supervise all necessary installation and electrical commissioning tests to ensure quality control procedures are being kept up to date and comply with health and safety legislation. The company will provide the successful candidate with a Gas Safe Accreditation if required.

* Call out rota of 1 in every 4 weekends

The CHP Service Engineer:

* Experience working in the CHP industry
* Service Engineer with a strong electrical background
* At least qualified to 17th edition or equivalent
