Contracts Manager required for extremely well establish business who manage projects for international commercial and retail businesses. As a business they manage projects from initial design and conception, through installation and maintenance management.

The successful candidate will have experience working within the building and construction trade, those from retail, shop fit out environments are encouraged to make an application. You will feel confident consulting with customers and managing interior projects from cradle to grave. Candidates with excellent communication skills and experience managing on site contractors will be suitable.

The role reports into Managing Director. You will be an integral part of a small but successful business. Within this role you will be accountable for taking over some of the company’s existing projects, you will work across the UK and be required to stay away up to 2 nights a week. When not on the road you will have the opportunity to work from home.

As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for providing contractual, commercial and financial support on key projects. This will include managing proposals, quotations and pre-tender site surveys. You will be negotiating with subcontractors, suppliers and procuring materials where required. It is essential projects are delivered on time and within budget.
