Customer Services Advisor

Customer Service Advisor role available in a successful industry leading manufacturer. The role will appeal to those who like being in a people focused environment in a busy and varied role.
To apply for the Customer Service Advisor role, you need to be highly organised, confident communicating over the phone and have excellent attention to detail. You also must be IT literate including Excel.
In this role you will be responsible for being the first line of support for customers. Day to day you will be managing invoices, liaising with sales colleagues, dealing with customer queries and updating KPI’s. The position will be at the forefront in resolving customer queries from orders to stock management.
The company are professional and people orientated creating an excellent team-based culture. You will join a team or around 6 staff at the company’s head office.
