Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday, 8.30am to 3.45pm
Project design manager required for the UK’s leading offsite building solution provider. This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable company who are well known for the quality of the service they provide.
To apply for this role you will hold project management experience, including the management of people within the construction industry. You must have CAD experience, ideally using Revit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Construction and Project Management Team on exciting projects which range in value from £9m to £95m which are managed from cradle to grave. You will be responsible for providing primary design oversight across multiple projects at a time and where required be involved in the design itself. You will ensure that designs pass risk assessments that satisfy company requirements.
You will be predominantly office based however some travel will be involved as you will be overseeing projects through to completion. You will have added responsibilities such as ensuring all resources within projects are allocated correctly and will assess subcontractors to ensure their performance is at the correct standard.
