Electrical Technician required for a forward thinking and innovative company in a strong period of growth. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for an engineer looking for a role where you can be a key player in the business and progress your career.
The Electrical Technician role will suit an electrically biased engineer from any engineering backgrounds such as are ex forces, plant engineers, rotating machinery, pumps, industrial electricians or any other relevant industries are encouraged to apply. The role requires a candidate with a strong electrical background so holding some kind of electrical qualification is essential. The correct candidate will be strong in single and three phase fault finding. The role requires a candidate willing to step up and lead maintenance of the plant when the Senior Engineer is not on site.
The Electrical Technician role involves the fault find and repair of machinery in a new plant. All of the machinery on site is bespoke so full training will be provided on this. The role will involve following a PPM schedule as well as reactive maintenance when required. You will be working closely with the Senior Engineer on site and assisting in installations, commissioning and any scheduling for the company’s contractors when required.
This is an exciting and varied role within a well established, forward thinking company at a brand-new site with a company who will provide in house training on their bespoke equipment and continuously looking grow and expand.
