Facilities Engineer required for well-established manufacturing company who are enjoying continued growth. The company have an impressive site and truly value their staff.
The successful candidate will come from ANY facilties/ manufacturing background, hold a 17th/18th edition and feel confident carrying out both production and facilities maintenance. You will be accountable for signing of safe working systems and procedures. You must be proficient working with 3-phase equipment, motors and drives and knowledge of PLC’s is highly advantageous.
The role itself will involve working closely alongside a team of 3 maintenance engineers within production whilst also managing the company’s facilities maintenance schedule and safe working procedures. Ensuring that all equipment on site is compliant. You will be accountable for maintaining/repairing and servicing emergency lighting, sprinkler systems and PAT testing where required. You will be the electrical duty holder for the site and be accountable for signing off on employees and contractors work.

*PPM and reactive maintenance across production and site/facilities
*Create and issue Safe Working Systems, including permit to work, lock off systems and procedures
*Producing maintenance, inspection and testing programmes
*Work towards the goal of Zero Defects, Breakdowns and Accidents
*Days role Monday to Friday
