Field Service Engineer (Forklifts)

Covering the Derby and Nottingham Patch

£25,000 - £27,000 + Van + 6% Employer/4% Employee Pension + Overtime + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance + Discount Benefits Scheme + Uniform + PPE

8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (39 hours a week)

Field Service Engineer role available in a highly successful international manufacturer and service provider. The company offer comprehensive training and development and long term career progression opportunities.

To apply for the role engineers must have worked on vehicles, plant, agricultural, forklift, HGV or similar equipment. All specific training can be provided on the products. Although qualifications are an advantage, transferable skills and the ability to pick up the specifics are key.

This is a customer facing role covering Nottingham and Derby. The company manufacture a range of forklift trucks, in this role you’ll be responsible for inspection, service, test and diagnostic work. When contracts come to an end you will assess the damage & repair needed to the fleet on site. This will involve ordering parts, managing stock levels and completing all necessary paperwork within a stipulated time frame.

The role in brief:
