Graduate Project Engineer

West Mersea – Colchester

£26,000 to £32,000 DOE + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Nest Pension + Death in Service Benefit + Medical Support Scheme + Onsite Parking + Development Opportunities

Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm & Fridays, 9am to 4pm.

Graduate Project Engineer required by a successful manufacturing engineering organisation who provide niche designs to their clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a Graduate Project Engineer position in a business that invests and develops their team.

The Junior Graduate Engineer Role:

• Liaising between relevant teams, clients and the project manager.
• To participate in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers and place PO's.
• Monitor progress of the works including subcontractor progress.
• To liaise with the design team in the supply of information by drawing up information required schedules and technical query sheets.
• Participate as required in method studies and investigations to determine the most efficient and effective working methods.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring of expenditure on preliminary items and agree and implement corrective action as necessary.

The Successful Graduate Project Engineer:

• Previous project engineering experience.
• Preferably Degree, HND qualified or equivalent.
• You will be IT literate, being well versed in office 365.
