HSEQ Coordinator
Stoke-on-Trent
Circa £33,000 DOE + 1-2 Days Hybrid working once fully trained + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Auto Enrolment Pension.
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Flexibility on hours can be discussed).
HSEQ Coordinator required for a Global international manufacturer, offering a role with great benefits, variety, and stability.
The successful HR HSEQ Coordinator will need experience of HSEQ in a manufacturing or similar environment and be internal and/or lead auditor trained or equivalent.
The HSEQ Coordinator Role:
- Ensuring the maintenance of all external certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D & GMP.
- Ability to host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections over all management systems.
- Supporting departmental managers in the creation and maintenance of process definitions and work instructions.
- Completing internal audits for the management system.
- Participation in meetings related to the management systems and site activities to include taking and reporting meeting minutes.
- Completing KPI trend analysis.
- Investigating customer complaints.
- Continuous improvement projects to achieve management system strategic goals.
The Successful HSEQ Coordinator:
- Previous HSEQ experience from Manufacturing or from a similar environment.
- You will have strong administrative skills, particularly using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You will be internal, or lead auditor trained or equivalent.
