£15.80 per hour + Holidays + Pension + Relocation Package Opportunities

4 on 4 off Rotating Shift Pattern

Industrial Electrician required for a well established industry leader who offer long term job security and a good working environment.

The role would suit industrial electricians with experience on single phase and 3 phase electrics and be confident reading electrical schematics. Candidates with manufacturing/FMCG food backgrounds will have a considerable advantage. However, on the job training will be provided for candidates who have the basic skills and the willingness to learn. Ex forces candidates are invited to apply.

The role will involve both reactive and pre-planned maintenance across 8 production lines. You will be working on a range of processing, packing and printing machinery in a fast paced environment. Rapid response to breakdowns and an aptitude for quick fault find to resolution is essential as produce is time critical. Due to ongoing investment on site, there will be a requirement to get involved in project work, upgrades and installation work.

The Electrician's Role:
*Electrical maintenance and basic mechanical maintenance on processing and production machinery
*60% PPM
*40% Reactive Maintenance
*4 on 4 off Shift Pattern, Days and Nights on a 2 Week Rotating Pattern

The Electrician:
*Must be an electrically biased technician/engineer
*Can either hold an electrical qualification or have proven electrical experience
*Candidates from FMCG environments will have a considerable advantage but candidates from ANY industry with electrical skills will be considered.
