DAYS BASED ROLE – 39HPW

Electrical Installation Team Leader required by long standing manufacturer who offer the opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join a great team environment as a leading member. To apply for the role you will have electrical installation experience in ANY manufacturing/production background. Applicants must have supervisory experience and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standards. Applicants must have 17th or 18th Edition Wiring regulations.

You will be responsible for managing installation projects to ensure that they adhere to health and safety standards and are delivered on time. 50% of your time will be hands off as you will manage installation timetables, stock numbers and up to ten people at a time. This will involve carrying out appraisals and disciplinaries however experience doing this is NOT essential.

The other 50% of your time will see you responsible for wiring equipment such as fans, inverters and HVAC equipment. As a senior member in the team, you will also be responsible for carrying out trouble shooting and repair work where required.

The Person:

* Electrical and Supervisory experience in ANY manufacturing/production environment
* Must be electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standards
* Hold the 17th / 18th edition
