Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)
£37,674 to £42,697 DOE (Including Shift Allowance) + Overtime Paid at a Premium Rate + On Call Rates + 21.5 Days Holiday + Training and Development Opportunities Including External Courses
42 Hours week, Working 7 shifts per fortnight (7am-7pm for 2 weeks then, 7pm-7am for next 2).
Maintenance Engineer required for a well-established manufacturer, offering a role with a personable working environment, longevity and opportunities for further development.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will have any previous industrial experience. You will ideally be apprentice served, although those with strong industrial experience and certified qualifications are still encouraged to apply. You will need an Electrical Edition.
The company have a great opportunity for the successful Maintenance Engineer to develop technically via in house training and external courses. As well as being involved in various projects work, where you will work with modern machinery and with new parts, with quality of work being a high priory for the employer.
The Maintenance Engineer Role:
*50/50 split between PPM and Reactive Electrical Maintenance.
*Working Electrically on Drives, Motors, Circuits, PLC’s and some facilities work.
*Working across various production lines, including highly automated lines.
*Taking PPM schedules from Team Leader handover.
*Working alongside a Mechanical Fitter and often an Apprentice.
*Working on various shutdowns, new installs and CapEx projects over the course of the year.
The Successful Maintenance Engineer:
