Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

Circa £35,000 + Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + Overtime Paid at Premium

Monday to Friday. Shift from 7.30am to 4pm and 9am to 5.30pm.

This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join an impressive FMCG manufacturer who are experiencing year on year growth. The company can provide excellent job stability and a friendly working environment.

The company are rapidly growing and already have a great portfolio of big brand name clients that they supply into. The site is going through a period of significant investment and upgrades to the production lines, meaning there will be lots of innovative projects to be part of.

The Maintenance Engineer Role:

• Working across several production lines.
• 30% PPM and 70% reactive maintenance.
• Mechanically working on conveyors, gears, bearings, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Those with electrical experience will be involved in basic electrical maintenance, although training can be provided on this in-house from the other engineers.
• Working in an FMCG environment.

The Successful Maintenance Engineer:

• Candidates from Manufacturing will be at an advantage, although those with previous equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• You will be an mechanically qualified engineer.
• Will have a strong understanding of preventative and reactive maintenance procedures.
