Maintenance Engineer required for a market leading precision manufacturer. The role will appeal to electrically biased engineers looking to join a company in a period of heavy investment.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will be from an electrical background and have strong previous experience in electrical maintenance. Knowledge of basic mechanics will be needed for this position but due to the current maintenance team already being more mechanically focused, in depth mechanical knowledge is not required. To apply for the role, you can be from any industrial background. Those with previous experience within the heavy manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply.

The Maintenance Engineer role consists of primarily electrical maintenance of heavy manufacturing machinery. Electrically the role will involve work on single and three phase fault finding as well as work on AC/DC motors and drives. The only mechanical work you will be required will be to a very basic level such as changing a chain. The company is in a period of investment so installation and project work will be a part of the role.

This is a great opportunity to join a company who received £1 million in investment over the last year and is projected to receive over £1 million again for the upcoming year.

The Maintenance Engineer:

* Electrical maintenance of heavy manufacturing machinery

* Working on single and three phase fault finding

* Working with AC/DC motors and drives

* Project and installations work when required

The Maintenance Engineer:
