Up to £30,000 + 29 Days Holiday + Overtime + PLC Training + Free Parking + Healthcare Scheme

Monday to Friday – 40 Hours a week, Days based role

Amazing Maintenance Engineer role on offer for a Mechanical / Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who is looking for PLC & electrical training. The company are offering industry leading market leading manufacturing company.

The Maintenance Engineer role would be suited to a Maintenance Engineer or a Mechanical Fitter/Engineer with a strong background of mechanical fault finding and repair looking to gain electrical training. The role is also suited to a multi skilled engineer with an electrical qualification looking to a join a company where they can gain mechanical and electrical training and improve their skills. Candidates from any manufacturing, ex-forces, facilities and with vehicle mechanic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Any candidates with previous manufacturing experience will hold an advantage.

The Maintenance Engineer role consists of maintenance of manufacturing machinery. Mechanically the role involves work on mechanical components such as conveyors, belts and gears. Electrically the work involves single and three phase faults finding. The role does involve more complex work such as using PLC’s. Full training on PLCs will be provided if necessary. There is some interesting installation work required as the company purchases new machinery.
