Maintenance Engineer (Multiskilled)
£38,500 + Regular Overtime (1.5x) + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + Life Assurance + Working One Saturday in Four
4 Week Shift Pattern:
Week 1 Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:00, Week 2 Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, Week 3 Monday to Friday 13:00 to 22:00, Week 4 Sunday to Friday 21:30 to 06:30
Multiskilled Engineer required for a well known manufacturer within the food and drink industry. This is a great opportunity for a multiskilled engineer to join a friendly team within a reputable company who can offer long term stability and regular overtime.
To apply for this role you will be a multiskilled engineer with either bias. You can come from ANY FMCG background however experience within the food production industry is highly desirable. You MUST hold an electrical qualification and have PLC fault finding experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a variety of automated production equipment such as fillers, labellers, metal detectors, weighing machines and conveyors. The role is focused on carrying out reactive maintenance during the weekdays however you will be expected to work one Saturday in four. This time is used for carrying out preventative maintenance and you will be given the opportunity to work on projects improving and installing new equipment.
