M4 Corridor – Covering primarily a southern patch

£25,000 to £35,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Petrol + Car (after completion of probation)

Mechanical Engineer (Support) role available for a market leading waste management systems manufacturer who offer a varied role and future progression into Technical Support Manager role.

The Mechanical Engineer will come from any mechanical engineering background and have a real drive to want to move into more of a client facing role. The correct candidate for this role will have a strong personality when talking to people and be looking for a role with progression opportunities in this field.

The Mechanical Engineer role will involve the assistance of technical support managers in dealing with customer enquiries primarily at site. A customer within the manufacturing sector will provide you with a waste related issue, you will assist the technical support manager on designing the best outcome for the customer and then working on the quotes for the client. Majority of your work will be based at client sites with the occasional work based at a satellite site in Crickhowell, Wales. The role involves a lot of travel with the majority of it coming along the M4 corridor, for this reason a car is provided after completion of probation with all petrol expenses paid for.
