NPD Projects Manager required to join an industry leading Global Farming and Fresh Produce supplier who are experiencing sustained growth. Offering a role with great opportunities to be creative, work cross functionally and see your creations comes to life.

The Successful NPD Projects Manager will have previous experience of developing fresh produce products in the FMCG food sector. You will have effective project management skills to ensure product launches meet the agreed deadlines, a strong commercial acumen, a passion for food with an understanding of flavours and ingredients. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong working relationships internally and with external customers, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The NPD Projects Manager role:

*Developing new product innovations for both NPD and EDP project to fulfil customer briefs and to generate a pipeline of exciting, new and innovative products.
*Converting food trends into commercially successful concepts.
*Managing customer needs by liaising between, production, technical, procurement, sales and the commercial team.
*Working closely with the development and cross functional teams in all aspects of cradle to grave management, delivering new products in line with agreed launch plans.
*Presenting new products and improvements to customers in a professional manner, demonstrating food, process knowledge and expertise.

The Successful NPD Projects Manager:
