Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00

Planner position available within a well established, growing manufacturer. The business has exciting plans for the future and are looking to increase its turnover over the next few years. The company are investing in their staff and introducing exciting training prospects.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a planning/forecasting role. Those from food are actively encouraged to apply and will be at a strong advantage. It is essential you have forecasting experience and feel confident analysing stock levels. You will have excellent IT skills, the company investing in a new ERP system but any experience with these systems is beneficial.

The role itself is supporting the Supply Chain Manager, you will be accountable for managing a structured demand schedule for the companies finished goods. You will understand food safety and ensure all goods meet the company’s compliance standards and minimize waste wherever possible. You will be the primary point of contact between suppliers and production teams, ensuring stock levels meet demand at all times.

As the company grows they are actively looking to make all their processes more efficient and implementing continuous improvement techniques across the site.

The company are a successful food manufacturer, who produce well known products for leading brands. There has been significant investment on site and the company are able to offer long term stability and a friendly working environment.

*Previous planning experience (FMCG highly desirable)
