Product Development Team Leader (Electronics)

Product Development Engineer required for a well established and innovative company who market leading in their industry. They offer a varied role where you get involved in the full product life cycle and an opportunity for personal development with extensive training on offer.
To apply for the role, you must be from a strong electronics background. You will ideally be degree level qualified or similar. Applicants must have familiarity with electronic schematics and design. Candidates will ideally have extensive knowledge of analogue and digital electronics including micro processing, video signal processing. The role will involve full product life cycle management from concept to delivery of the product. You will be responsible for leading a small team engineers and multiple projects at any one time. This will be a mainly supplier facing role. You will be responsible to support research and development of innovative technologies and drive for best working practices & processes for better efficiency. For the development of the products you will also have various tasks including creating requirements and documentation for products, review and approval of technical documents, product validation, define and drive the project to agreed cost and timelines.
