Up to £50,000 DOE + Bonus up to £7,500 (Dependant on KPI’s) + 28 Days Holiday + Training and Development Opportunities including External Courses

Monday to Friday, Office hours but expected to be flexible to deal with requirements of the role including participation in management on-call rota

Production Manager required for a well-established manufacturer who offer a role with a personable working environment, longevity and further career development.

The Successful Production Manager will have previous experience of having worked in a manufacturing environment, within a Production Manager/Supervisor role. You will have previous experience of working to KPI’s. Any Continuous improvement experience, basic engineering knowledge or having work in a process oriented environment would be advantageous. Those with any H&S qualifications will strongly support applications. You will be highly motivated and a strong team player as this is a hands on management position.

This is a great opportunity for a Production Supervisor to take the next step forward, as well as a Production Manager looking to technically develop themselves via courses, training and on the job development.

The Production Manager Role:

*Budgetary responsibility over department.
*Writing reports, SOP’s and dealing with staff scheduling.
*50/50 Hands on and management responsibilities, supporting Operators when required.
*Responsible for all personnel issues including Recruitment and Appraisals.
*Responsibility for ensuring KPI’s of Production areas are met
*Responsible for efficient running of CHP Plant and Production lines.
*General housekeeping and ensuring systems are monitored. *H&S responsibility, including reviewing and creating RA’s and SOP’ for routine tasks

The Successful Production Manager:

*You will have previous experience of having worked in any manufacturing environment, within a Production Manager/Supervisor role.
