3 Shift Pattern: Earlies: 04:45/5:45 - 14:00, Lates: 13:45 - 22:00, Nights: 21:45 - 06:00
(Working 8 x 10 hour Saturday Shifts per Year)
Production Operative required for a successful and renowned industry leading food manufacturer. Offering a position with great opportunities for career development and learning within a personable environment.
The successful Production Operative can come from any manufacturing background with the willingness to work hard and learn new skills. Any previous food manufacturing or food handling experience will be advantageous but not essential.

The Production Operative:
*Following H&S compliance procedures and following company policies.
*Completing full line start up checks, ensuring all relevant paper work is filled.
*Ensure all line quality checks, including metal detectors and check weighers are accurate.
*Ensuring correct packaging and labelling is used.
*Input accurate data for stock control system.
*Instructing agency staff and delegating appropriately across the various lines.
*Monitor equipment to ensure wastage is reduced.
*Working across a wide range of machinery such as sachet machines, composite machines, pouch machines and bag in box machines.
The Successful Production Operative:
