Project Manager (Mechanical/Civil/Engineering)

Hatfield (Frequent site/client visits)

£40,000 to £50,000 + Annual bonus + Discretionary Christmas Bonus + Laptop + Mobile + PPE + Mileage + 23 Days Holidays + Bank holidays + Pension + Training & Development

42 hour weeks: 07:30 to 16:00 (Flexibility required)

Project Manager is required for a successful and growing engineering company having grown by 300% in the past 2 years. This is a great opportunity to manage multiple high value projects.

The Project manager will need to have experience in handling multiple projects at one time. Applicants also must also be competent in writing RAMS risk assessment. Having a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil engineering or similar is beneficial but not essential. Skills with a design package (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) will be beneficial. Training will be given on a CSCS card, confined space, Thames Water passport etc.

The Project Management role involves implementing solutions to client’s problems within bespoke water treatment systems. The role will require organisation of multiple projects at one time, ranging up to 500K+ in value. Site/client visits will be frequent in this role during the whole life cycle of each project. Liaising with the clients, design department and the installation engineers will also be frequent throughout process. Each project varies in length meaning there is a constant cycle of projects.
