Sales Executive (Construction Products)


£30,000 to £40,000 Basic Salary + Holidays + Pension + Career Development

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing construction products manufacturer who are at the forefront of their sector, they are recruiting due to expansion and offer a role with a clear progression path up to management level.

This role would suit candidates from any construction, building, trade, engineering or technical products background. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential as full training can be provided, however, you must be confident moving into a sales based role.

The role will initially be office based and is focused on new business development – this will make up around 90% of your time. You will be required to generate leads via cold calling and networking in the local area.

Whilst the emphasis is on new business development, you will play a key role in maintaining relationships with new accounts. This will involve seeing the sales process the whole way from estimating costs through to closing deals.

After a period of familiarisation, training and appointment setting, the role will be progressed to a field sales position, with a clear incentivised route to a managerial level role.
