Service Engineer

£29,120 to £33,280 (£14-16 an hour) + Overtime (OTE £35-40k) + Company Van (Available for Personal Use) + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday + Pension + Training + Call Out

Service Engineer required for a fast growing and leading engineering services companies in the South West. It is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business who look after their employees.

The company are recruiting a number of field/site services engineers across South Wales, South West and the Midlands.

The successful candidate will need to have experience of repairing any of the following equipment - motors, pumps, gearboxes, transmissions or similar equipment. You need to be able to maintenance and repair equipment at customer’s sites. Engineers can be mechanical, electrical or multi skilled.

You will be expected to attend client sites to investigate faults in client’s equipment and repairing when possible. You will be home based with contact when needed with a local office. There is a paid call out rota involved which is normally 1 in 3 weeks, this is likely to become less infrequent as the company employ more engineers. The patch can cover South West and South Wales when needed although you’ll primarily cover the area most local to your home location.
