To apply for the Service Scheduling Supervisor role, you need to either have leadership experience or looking to move into a leadership role. Although scheduling experience is advantageous the key skills requirements are to be highly organised, confident communicating over the phone, have excellent attention to detail and must also be computer literate. Full training on the company's products and systems will be provided.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be planning and scheduling whilst supervising a team of 8. You will oversee the team of schedulers to ensure they plan, organise and deliver to agreed level of targets and exceed customer expectations.

The Service Scheduling Supervisor Role:
*Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance in the team
*Deliver all service activity in line with KPI’s.
*Oversee a team of 8.
*Provide consistency in the scheduling team and create valued team culture.
*Reporting to the UK Scheduling Manager.
*Main point of escalation for the schedulers.
The Person Required for the Service Scheduling Supervisor:
*Leadership skills or wanting to move into a leadership position
*Scheduling, customer service, administrative skills or similar
*Highly organised.
*Attention to detail
*IT literate
*Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building.
