Stores Person position available within a well-established & growing manufacturer. The business has exciting plans for the future and is forecasting to substantially increase its turnover over the next few years. The company continually invest in their staff and are looking for enthusiastic candidates to add to their team.
The successful Stores Person will come from a stores, warehouse or logistics background. The company are integrating a new warehouse management system (WMS) & so experience of this is essential. The role itself oversees a team of 4 to 6 so previous supervisory is management experience is essential. Those with experience working within a FMCG environment will be at an advantage.
The role itself reports into the Site Manager, you will be an integral link between the senior management team and those on the shop floor. You will coordinate and manage the dispatch and intake of goods, overseeing product quality. Part of your role will involve ensuring food hygiene standards are maintained and traceability records kept up to date.

The Stores Person role:
* Oversee the dispatch and intake of all goods, ensuring that all quality, safety and hygiene standards are adhered to.
* To maintain and improve both Product Quality and Quality Control.
* Manage WMS system and hygiene standards.
*Overseeing a team of 4 to 6
The Stores Person:
* Stores, warehouse or logistics background.
* Confident using a warehouse management system (WMS).
*Previous team leader/supervisor/management responsibility
* Ideally from FMCG background.
