Quality Manager required for a successful and growing medical company. The company offer flexible working hours, a supportive working environment and full product training.
The successful Quality Manager will be from any engineering background, ideally within the service industry with strong experience in quality auditing and improving a service. A good background in working on quality management systems and to ISO standards is vital for the role. The role also requires some previous experience of adhering to health and safety standards. Any experience in ISO17025 and working to UKAS standards is advantageous but not essential.
The Quality Manager role involves organising, controlling and implementing quality management systems and processes. The role requires the correct candidate to be policing the staffs work to ensure the company is working to standard. Due to the nature of the business you will be working to both ISO9001 and ISO17025 standards as the company are UKAS credited. The role requires regular internal audits both in house and out in the field at customer sites. As well as this a big part of the role is preparing the company for external audits and evaluating the feedback from staff and customers to improve the company’s processes.
