Technical Support Advisor required for a highly respected and growing manufacturing company who can offer an excellent long term role with and excellent working environment.
Technical Support Advisor role will suit candidates with experience in a customer facing support/sales roles who are confident communicating to customers via phone, email and live chat. You will need to be confident working in small team and working independently day to day. Candidates from a technical product background will be at an advantage, however candidates from any background are encouraged to apply.
The Technical Support Advisor role will involve speaking with customers to understand what problems they are having with their products and then establish ways to overcome those problems over the phone if possible. You will be supporting customers on a wide range of products, but all product training will be provided.
