4 on 4 off, 12 hour Days.

Warehouse Shift Manager required to join an industry leading Global Farming and Fresh Produce supplier who are experiencing sustained growth. This is a fast moving and varied position and may also suit an experienced Supervisor/Team Leader for taking the next step in their career.

The successful Warehouse Shift Manager will have previous supervisory/management experience within a manual FMCG/warehousing environment. You will be target driven to ensure KPI’s are hit and strive for continuous improvement. You will have experience of using and managing MHE fleets. Any previous experience of using LEAN techniques, having an IOSH certificate, HACCP level 2 or Food Handling experience would be advantageous.

The Shift Warehouse Manager Role:

*Overseeing full warehousing operation: stock rotation, organisational control, planning and leading the team whilst monitoring KPI’s in relation to service, productivity and performance.
*Strong people management. With the ability to mentor, train and supervise staff as well as manage the day to day shift activities and operations.
*Strong focus on continuous improvement.
*Material planning and gatehouse control.
*Management reports and Budget Control.
*Ensure the working environment in managed and operated within safely, following H&S procedures/guidelines.
*Responsible for MHE’s.
*Managing between 20-40 Multi lingual operators per shift, including temporary staff.

The Successful Shift Warehouse Manager:
