Core Hours are Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM 37.5 Hours a Week

Workshop Supervisor role for applicants looking to be part of a progressive and very successful company. This is a great chance to add value to production and be part of a driven team. The company will provide specific training and they really look after their staff.

This is a varied role and would suit a positive and process driven candidate from any manufacturing background, ideally an engineering manufacturing environment.

You will require a good knowledge of MRP systems and the successful candidate will need to be driven, positive and confident overseeing a team of between 8-10 people.

The role will be a split of shop floor and office based in the test equipment area of manufacturing. You will be involved in the daily operations improving efficiencies and ensuring quality standards are met. This is very much a leadership role and the ideal candidate will be able to motivate and inspire a small team. It is essential that you can communicate well as you will be liaising with management and suppliers.

This is a people driven business and the successful candidate will be able to work as part of a small team within a new modern factory environment.

The Workshop Supervisor:
*Leading motivating and inspiring a small team of engineers
*Liaising with suppliers and management
*Store control
*Liaising between management and shop floor
*Ensure the quality of production going in and out of the factory.
*Overseeing the day to day of production operations
*Implement and improve production efficiency and continuous improvements

The Person

*Team leader / Supervisor from any manufacturing background, ideally engineering related
*Experience of MRP
*Good communicator
*Can read engineering drawings
*Positive process driven person
