We pay 20%, 25% and 30% of ALL Billing – it's not a tiered system, you get the higher rate on all billings once the threshold is reached!

Our average Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant earns £40,000 in their first year. That is an average earning and not an unrealistic OTE figure.

The record for our highest earning Trainee / Graduate in their first year at Luton Bennett was £57,000.
