All of the training at Luton Bennett is tailored to an individual's level of skill and experience. We try to make learning the ropes as practical, fun and hands on as possible.

We have had great successes with turning Trainees and Graduates with no experience into recruitment super stars.

Trainee Recruitment Consultants & Graduate Recruitment Consultants

For Trainee and Graduate Recruitment Consultants, to summarise a few interesting points on our training and development programme, you will be given consistent support and will:

Pass through a full induction.

Receive a training manual that you must learn and will be regularly
tested on.

Work through role plays to build practical skill.

Shadow experienced Consultants to understand best practice.

Undergo practical assessment to ensure that you are applying best practice.

Be set formal objectives and targets that your work will be assessed in respect of.

Go through regular performance reviews to work on strengths and weaknesses.

You will benefit from an environment where you are actively encouraged to ask LOTS of questions - no question is a silly question and the whole team are on hand to help out!
