Maintenance Engineer

Wrexham

£48,000 + 20 Days Holiday + 3 Additional Days Holiday Over Christmas + Company Pension + Onsite Parking + Call Out Rota (Minimum 4.5 Hours Paid)

Days 3 on 3 off – 8am-8pm, 8am-8pm, 6am-6pm

Maintenance Engineer required for a market leading company who have quickly grown to become a true market leader within their industry. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, family run business offering ongoing training and a stable role.

This role will suit candidates who are electrically biased or multi skilled with experience working in a maintenance role. Candidates from any industry are encouraged to apply.

Joining an existing team of five, the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical pre-planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment.

The role offers a 3 on 3 off working pattern and the successful candidate will be required to be on call during the evening for your first two working days.

The Maintenance Engineer Role:

· Preventative and reactive maintenance

· Electrical maintenance – PLC controlled switchgear, inverter-controlled drives, solenoid and limit switching

· Mechanical maintenance - includes conveyors, elevators, compressors, hammermill grinders, pellet presses etc.

· 3 on 3 off days-based shift pattern


The Maintenance Engineer Candidate:

· Electrically biased or multi skilled maintenance engineer

· Any industry background
