Holywell

Up to £40,000 DOE + 21 Days Holiday (Increasing to 25 Days with Service) + Bank Holidays + Contributory Pension (Matched up to 6%) + EAP + Occupational Sick Pay + Service Awards

37.5 Hours per Week - Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5pm, Friday 8:15am to 1pm

Quality Engineer required for an industry leading manufacturer with a 65 year company history who are currently experiencing significant year on year sales growth. This is a great opportunity to play an integral role within a business who witnessing over 30% growth each year and have ambitious development and investment plans

The successful candidate will need experience in a similar role and can come from any manufacturing or engineering background. You will need experience working with ISO19001 or equivalent and have experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA etc. and quality metrics.

Working within a small team, the successful Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of processes, systems and products. You will work to ISO19001, 14001 and 45001 standards and will carry out testing to ensure all products, processes and systems meet relevant standards.

Quality Engineer Role:

· Evaluating the quality assurance of systems, processes and products
· Approximately 50:50 shop floor / office split
· Working to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
· Maintain quality records and update / improve QMS documents
· Support the Quality Manager research new regulatory requirements
· Conduct process conformance audits

Quality Engineer Candidate:

· Experience in a similar role
· Any manufacturing / engineering background
· Experience working with ISO9001 or equivalent
· Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP etc., and quality metrics
· Experience with measuring techniques (such as SPC)
