Engineering Maintenance Manager

Chinley, High Peak

£45,000 to £50,000 DOE + Regular Voluntary Overtime (1.3x) + 33 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)

Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:00, Friday 07:00 to 15:00

Engineering Maintenance Manager required for a reputable manufacturing company who are truly market experts. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into a management role. The company are offering a days-based role with no callout but with the option to boost your earnings with voluntary overtime.

This role would suit an electrically biased engineer with basic mechanical experience. Candidates can come from any industrial industry background but will need to hold a level 3 qualification (or equivalent).

The Engineering Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing a small team of three in a largely hands on role. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on extrusion and compounding equipment.


The Engineering Maintenance Manager Role:

· Overseeing a team of three, providing mentoring and guidance

· Maintenance of equipment – planned, reactive, fault finding

· Working with drives and motors

· Days based working hours


The Engineering Maintenance Manager Candidate:

· Experienced maintenance manager or an engineer looking to progress

· Hold a level 3 qualification (or equivalent)

· Any industrial background
