HVAC Manager

Hull

£45,000 to £52,000 Basic Salary + Up to 10% Profit Share Bonus + Company Vehicle + Benefits

HVAC Manager is needed to join a small, stable and growing M&E company that specialise in design and installations.

This interesting and varied role will involve the planning, co-ordinating and supervision of all in house HVAC engineers as well as subcontract staff. You will ensure the safe installation of systems that are compliant with all relevant standards and legislation. The company offer a really generous profit share bonus scheme and so you can enjoy the results of your hard work.

You will work with a varied commercial client base to effectively deliver projects

The HVAC Manager Role:

* Planning, co-ordinating and supervising HVAC engineers to ensure efficient and safe installation.
* Overseeing around 10 HVAC in house staff plus subcontractors.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, legislation.
* Travel to client sites.

The HVAC Manager:

* Will have experience of Planning, co-ordinating and supervising HVAC engineers to ensure efficient and safe installation.
* Will hold at a minimum an NVQ Level 2 in refrigeration and air condition or equivalent (ideally a level 3 or equivalent).
