Maintenance Engineer (Technician)

£18.50ph (Base Salary £38,500) + Overtime (1.5x – OTE Approx £47,000) + 6 Weeks Holiday + Development and Long Term Progression Opportunities Available

40 Hours - Monday to Friday (14.30 to 11.45 – including 1 hour break) + Weekend Overtime

Maintenance Engineer required for a leading, family run production company. This is great opportunity to join a reputable business who have impressive levels of staff retention. You will be joining a company who are committed to the development and advancement of their team.

This role would suit a multi skilled engineer from any engineering background. You must be confident electrically and mechanically. Formal qualifications are not essential for this position.

Joining an existing team of five as the sixth engineer, the successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment. This will involve working with motors, conveyors, PLCs, relays etc.

The Maintenance Engineer Role:

· Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment
· Install and commissioning of new equipment where required
· PM shift

The Maintenance Engineer Candidate:

· Multi skilled – confident mechanically and electrically
· Any engineering background
