Manufacturing and Engineering Manager

Mere, Wiltshire

£50,000 to £60,000 DOE + 28 Days Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holidays + Employer Pension (Up to 7% Contribution) + Life Assurance (4x Salary) + Onsite Gym

Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:15, Friday 08:00 to 16:15

Manufacturing and Engineering Manager required for a leading manufacturing company whose name is synonymous with quality and innovation. This is great opportunity to join a people focussed company in an integral role.

The successful candidate will hold an engineering background with experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment.

The Manufacturing and Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing processes on site. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement and best practice, as well as taking the lead on the maintenance on machinery and facilities.

The Manufacturing and Engineering Manager Role:

· Overseeing a team of approximately 20

· Recording daily activities on ERP system to monitor performance

· Mentorship and development of the team

· Maintenance of equipment, machinery and facilities

· Project planning

The Manufacturing and Engineering Manager Candidate:

· Engineering background

· Experience in a manufacturing environment
