Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 16:30, 15:55 Finish Friday

Mechanical Design Engineer required for a leading manufacturing company who specialise in subsea technology. This is a great opportunity to join a team working on unique equipment within a well-established business.

The successful candidate will need experience working as a Mechanical Design Engineer from any industry background. You will need experience with 3D and 2D design packages.

The successful Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for using Inventor to design standard and modified products. You will liaise with customers to understand their requirements and ensure products reach these targets.

The Mechanical Design Engineer Role:

• Using Inventor to create standardised and modified designs
• Project management to ensure customer requirements are met
• Solve problems that arise throughout the design and manufacturing process
• Use FEA
• Working as part of an international team

The Mechanical Design Engineer Candidate:

• Experience in a mechanical design role
• Experience with Inventor (or similar CAD package)
