Production Manager

Basingstoke

£47,000 Base Salary + Bonus (Up to 15%) + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Company Pension + Private Healthcare + Life Assurance + Onsite Parking

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30

Production Manager required for a well-established and highly successful processing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading company offering a days-based role. You will be joining an employee focused business where you will play an integral role in company success.

Candidates will need experience of managing teams and can come from any production or processing environment.

Reporting into the company’s General Manager, the Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing a production team of 70 and ensuring production KPI targets are achieved.

The Production Manager Role:

· Oversee a team of 70 – including one supervisor and three team leaders
· Approximately 65% office based / 35% shop floor
· Organising production activities
· Support the further recruitment of production staff and provide ongoing support and training to the team
· Ensure KPIs are achieve and costs are kept to or below budget
· Process improvements
· Work alongside H&S team to ensure safety on site – includes carrying out risk assessments

The Production Manager Candidate:

· Experience managing teams
