Warehouse Manager (Supervisor)

£32,000 to £35,000 DOE + Company Bonus + 22 Days Holiday (Increasing to 25 Days with Service) + Bank Holidays + Seasonal Day Off in December

Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:30, Friday 08:30 to 15:30/16:00

Warehouse Manager required for a reputable company with an international recognised name in the amusement industry. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team who truly value their employees.

This role would suit an experience warehouse manager or supervisor with experience overseeing warehouse/logistics. You will have experience using forklifts and will be PC literate.

Overseeing a small team of three, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse and inventory operations. This will be a largely hands on role where you will support the team picking/packing and dispatching goods when required.

The Warehouse Manager Role:

· Oversee all warehouse and inventory operations

· Ensure optimisation of warehouse layout to ensure space is utilised

· Oversee goods in/out, picking, packing, and dispatch operations

· Continuous improvements of processes

· Oversee the despatch of goods overseas

· 98%+ accuracy targets

· Keep stock loss below 1% of sales

· Stock reports

· Management of the return of stocks


The Warehouse Manager Candidate:

· Experience warehouse manager or supervisor

· Experience with international imports/exports

· Experience using a forklift
