Service Team Leader (Customer Service/Office Manager)

Wellingborough

Hybrid Working – 3 Days Office & 2 Home Working Monday & Friday

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (39 hours a week)

Service Team Leader available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of materials handling equipment. You’ll enjoy working in a people focussed business in a world leading company.

To apply for the role you need to have experience leading a team in an office based environment. Those who have a background in scheduling/coordinating will be particularly suited but this isn’t an essential requirement. All industries will be considered as training on the company’s products and services will be given. The role will suit those looking for a busy role where you can take ownership of the role.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and leadership of a team of 4 people in Wellingborough and Waltham Abbey. You will ensure excellent customer service support, ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met and arrange any 3rd party contractors. The role is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be scheduling work and issuing quotations along with the team.

Training will take place in West Bromwich, all travel and hotel stays will be fully paid for. This will be for approximately 4-8 weeks.

The Service Team Leader Role in Brief:

· Supervision of department and KPI results by supporting team with relevant intervention

· Ensure first class customer service support,

· Monitoring performance of all third party contractors

· Monitoring of service response and processing staff and application of required corrective actions

· Deputise for the Scheduling Manager when needed

The Person Required:

• Experience leading a small team in an office based environment

• IT skills

• Excellent customer service skills
